Respected Products News
Open Question: why are liberals ignorant beyond belief how the real economy works?
i mean unless you are out there making new innovate products for customers and dealing directly with the market I don't think most people understand how the economy works. In the real economy product creators and ceos all they do is give they should be more respected by the left. They give to government, they give to the employees, they give to the customers and they all whine you dont give them enough. This is how ungrateful the left is.

Resolved Question: Fake People and Real people?
I feel if i act any way confident its fake I see people talking trying to be confident and i realize its happening like i notice people trying to act more confident .... but it just seems so fake too me I hate that in order to get a female you have to be fake confident there's no passionate confidence its just Fake confidence there's no meaning behind it its just I wanna fuck you secretly with snared remarks and smart ass comments that will get you any insecure chick what happened too the girls with emotions with respect for themselves.. did they just give up on themselves? I can easily get a insecure female i know what too say i just don't want that? Maybe its cause I'm not the healthiest person so testosterone is not pumping through my veins like your normal male I just want that girl who is worth my time... I guess relationships are really like commercials you sell your product and lie and deceive and whoever buys into it gets that product.

Open Question: Hello, If the companies don't even let you get your feet in the door, how will you get experience?
This is from Mississppi. I am a chemist working for a company for past 21 years. The company moved out of state for relacation. I have been looking for work with a degree chemistry in the production. I tried to apply for job in the field of auto industry and other chemical company. They rejected me (not even for a interview) because I have no experience in the auto industry or I don't have exact what they want. In my opinion, I believe that you have a degree and done some of the work requiring by the position. They ought to hire people in state rather outside of the state. Mississppi is not create job if all the manufactures continue this trend. I graduated in 1985 when the job market was bad. Most people told me I probably had to move out of the state with a chemistry degree. I determined to stay for not being this will be the case. I worked for five dollar/hour with chemistry degree. After twenty-five year, do I suppose to take a job offer thirteen dollar/hour again? I do not expect people pay me like my old company. But I do expect companies respect people with a fair pay such at least equal to or comparable to market price. Overall, I would like for companies to hire people with some comparable experience ( willing to train) and a fair market price. I want to keep people in the state. Being almost closed to 50's, either you have more experience or not enough experience. Example: I can not get a job in auto or chemical company such as product supervisor or quality engineer (closed to what I had done in my old job) because I never have this experience. Employer like to ask what is the salary that you have in mind. I think employer should tell this salary of the position because they know what it is. It is up to the employee's decision to take it or not. I still have a good bit of example. I will leave it hear. I would like to know the opinion of the baby boomer being laid off and chance to find a job.

Resolved Question: Have you ever noticed these differences between Liberals and Conservatives?
If a conservative doesn't like guns they don't buy one.
If a liberal doesn't like guns, they want them outlawed.
If a conservative is a vegetarian, they don't eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, they want all meat products banned for everyone.
If a conservative is a homosexual, they quietly lead a responsible life.
If a liberal is homosexual they demand legislated respect.
If a conservative is down-and-out, they think about how to better their situation.
A liberal wonders how the Government is going to take care of them.
If a conservative doesn't like a talk show host, they simply switch channels.
Liberals demand they be taken off the air.
If a conservative is a non-believer, they don't go to church.
A liberal wants any mention of God and religion silenced.
If a conservative decides they need health care, they go about shopping for it, or choose a job that provides it.
A liberal demands that the rest of pay for theirs.
Just a few of the differences I have noticed over the years, how about you? Anything you would like to add, or I have missed???
Brit, kind of scary when you see a few examples in print isn't it??
Joshua, thanks...
Momma Cat, Thanks, just a start I'm sure.
Alex, two things:
First I never implied they shouldn't.
Second thanks for making my point.
Sean, glad you have strong opinions, all I'm saying is don't try "impose" them on me with legalities, and legislation and make them absolutes.
Patrick, there ya go, I believe you got it !!!
Michael, thanks for the feed back.
Mark, oh yeah guess you've never heard of PETA. Thanks for the reference, I'll check it out.
Winona, yeah I've noticed that as well. I'm always interested in others opinions, but they lose me quickly when they start to lecture.

Open Question: Which cultural, historical, political and religious items of the past and present is President Obama invoking?
A: “Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age.”
B: “Less measurable but no less profound is a sapping of confidence across our land -- a nagging fear that America’s decline is inevitable, and that the nest generation must lower its sights.”
C: “And those of use who manage the public’s dollars will be held to account -- to spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our business in the light of the day -- because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government.”
D: “Nor is the question before us whether the market is a force for good or ill. Its power to generate wealth and expand freedom is unmatched, but this crisis has reminded us that without a watchful eye, the market can spin out of control -- and that a nation cannot prosper long when it favors only the prosperous. The success of our economy has always depended not just on the size of our Gross Domestic Product, but on the reach of our prosperity; on the ability to extend opportunity to every willing heart -- not out of charity, but because it is the surest route to our common good.”
E: “As for our common defense, we reject as false the choice between our safety and our ideals. Our Founding Father, faced with perils we can scarcely imagine, drafted a charter to assure the rule of law and the rights of man, a charter expanded by the blood of generations. Those ideals still light the world, and we will not give them up for expedience’s sake.”
F: “Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with the sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.”
G: “We will not apologize for our way of life, nor will we waver in its defense, and for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken; you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you.”
H: “For we know that our patchwork heritage is a strength , not a weakness. We are a nation of Christian and Muslims, Jew and Hindus -- and non-believers. We are shaped by every language and culture, drawn from every end of this Earth.”
I: “To the Muslim world, we seek a new way forward, based on mutual interest and mutual respect.”
P.s. can you be specific and explain? You don't have to do all of them, you can do some. Thank you in advance :)!

Resolved Question: Is veganism/vegetarianism a religion?
Hello everyone
I know the difference between vegans and vegetarians so don't worry. It's for both of you. I have respect for both and I myself stay away from certain products that have animal derivations in them.
Can these ideas be classified as a religion as they have some form of belief of what's objectively right and wrong, in contrary to what social consensus says? I thought most non-religions believe in subjective goodness and they agree with each other, as long as it works. It seems to differ with you guys. You seem to believe killing animals is wrong. Is that a subjective or objective statement.
Thank you.

Resolved Question: A good computer for school?
I am a high-school freshman, and I need a computer for school.
I need a computer good for research, typing papers, and occasional Facebook/YouTube/D&D visits.
I haven't decided on whether I want a desktop or a laptop, as I do not know which one would be better. My price range would be under $600, if possible. I really don't want an Apple product, and I've lost all respect and patience for Dell.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks Sigma Chi#1, I'll check it out.
- Keep the answers coming, people!
Thanks Isaac, I'm looking into them, now.
